        Very poor service putting in letter of complaint been waiting from 1st march for daughters prescription which they still cant find . They will not answer a phone would not recommend to anyone staff couldnt care less .

        Waiting in store for 30 minutes when busy cannot be avoided. Being told it would be 15-20 minutes for a prescription that I was told would be ready to collect and then waiting another 70 minutes because you misplaced the script. That is avoidable.
