This is such a beautiful space for healing. Lots of amazing talking based therapies, holistic treatments and classes. They even have a beautiful garden and a crystal shop which you can book for a personal shopping experience. They also have their own range of beautiful aromatherapy products blended by one of their talented therapists Elizabeth.

Fantastic space that has many events and classes as well as a variety of therapist to choose from. Lauren is an amazing beauty therapist and is fantastic in everything that she does. My nails always last over 2 weeks when I get them done and I always get compliments, my toes last at least 6 weeks before I get them done again. Lauren is amazing at eyebrows and my eyebrows have never been in a better shape than they're now and she is very reasonably priced. Donna is an amazing CBT therapist who has helped me overcome things in the past, she is also fantastic at reflexology, I instantly relax as soon as she touches my feet. I have also attended Donna for Reiki and had a new lease of life for weeks afterwards. Donna also holds meditation classes during the week and it allows me to take time out of my busy schedule and relax for an hour with her very calming voice. Donna also holds a bunch of workshops that help people change their mindset and it has helped me improve on my daily thinking of everyday life. Stephanie is an amazing teacher and has recently taught me Reiki one. The Loft is a fantastic space and I would recommend it to anyone who is wanting to try, especially if you have a very busy and active life as it allows you to take time out of your day to relax from the daily pressures of life.
