    The leap helps people over 50 ...they do small jobs in the home..put up curtains ..change bulbs ...turn your mattress ..put up keysafes..etc ..its done by trained volunteers and it's a free service..they also have a befriending service for those folks that need someone ...they also have classes if you fancy...tia chi..art class..walking group..and they have r:evolve shops ..which is a swap shop ..if you have clothes you don't wear ..take them to the shops and swap them for something else..they do craft classes and workshops too..
