Unfortunately I absolutely do not recommend this company. I paid over 200 in cash (more fool me) for a new phone after mine completely crashed. Whilst on the premises the new phone would not connect, and I was told that O2 had blocked me. I went to O2 the next day, and they showed me that my sim worked in other phones, and that the new phone I had been given had a faulty sim reader. There then followed a stream of messages where a refund was refused, and i was repeatedly told that he would attempt to fix the new phone. I think it's fair enough not to want to accept a new phone that doesn't work from the offset. I could go on with all the other nonsense that followed but can't be bothered wasting any more of my time. Avoid.

JA done a great job on fixing my phone that wasn't charging for a fair price. I will definitely use again for any phone/laptop problems I have.
