Great service and facilities. Track is tight and technical but good overtaking possibilities (talent and bravery dependant) Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Best indoor track in this area in my opinion

Our recent go-karting experience was undeniably thrilling and enjoyable. However, it's important to address the less than satisfactory customer service we encountered upon arrival. Despite our tardiness, the man at the front desk had no right to raise his voice at us or exhibit a negative attitude. Although we recognise the importance of timeliness, his behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. On a more positive note, once we hit the track, the experience was nothing short of incredible. The staff on the track were friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable.

What a fabulous set-up! We were a group of 13 adults with driving skills ranging from rank beginners through to really experienced drivers. All of us had a fantastic time. The track layout is well designed to maximise the thrills and the equipment very professional, particularly the karts themselves. A top speed of 40 mph seems like 400 mph when you're so low to the floor! The staff were well trained and enthusiastic and reinforced the importance of safety throughout our time there. I made a point of telling the manager how impressed we were with the overall professionalism of the place...and that we'd be back!
