Ridiculous when trying to call and constantly get voicemail, they recently took over management of the property I live in and so far I'm not impressed, there are many maintenance issues which an elusive contractor has supposed to have been coming to look at for 3 weeks, they email and say is this day suitable, then the contractor doesn't turn up. Or they email and say is ok today will you be home in an hours time. Not enough notice I'm afraid, Very poor service considering my rent is paid every month on the button. Addition, after several contractors have been and quoted on the property, the landlord keeps trying to get the price of repairs down and has now sent a letter asking us to vacate the property by August. Don't touch this agency with a bargepole, they have destroyed what was a good relationship between myself and the actual landlord before they took over management. Addition : after 4 weeks they are now ignoring emails around repairs and hanging up the phone when I call, highly unprofessional and downright rude. Addition : we have been left with a broken washing machine for 4 weeks, I do not understand how this is considered acceptable behaviour from a landlord. Gladly I am now away from this horrible agency and will be lobbying the government heavily to clamp down on private landlords as they have too many rights and tenants not enough.
