Went into order treats for my daughter and myself - daughter ordered the Ferrero cookie dough and I ordered the strawberry crepe. They had no crepes unfortunately, and then not enough strawberries for the Nutella fountain, but the server was so apologetic and polite, that I really didnt mind and he tried to make up for it by giving extra scoops of ice cream He also snuck a wee tub of Oreo ice cream in to the bag as he must have heard my daughter talk about it which was so kind. Ice cream was all delicious and cookie dough was also really good. Server was great.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Ordered from this place twice, WONT BE BACK! The first order I waited over 2 hours for my order and was told twice it was on its way, the guy was nice enough to give it to me for free for waiting so long, when the guy that was delivering it came up he didnt believe when I said I was to get it for free and phoned his boss infront of me , he looked very angry and handed the food over to me reluctantly, the service is genuinely laughable. Absolutely zero manners at all. I ordered tonight thinking I would give them another chance, WOW was I wrong to! Waited an hour then phoned the place and was cut off mid sentence by the guy on the phone when I was going to tell him why I was phoning,he said he doesnt have any crunchie chocolate left to make a crunchie milkshake, it would have been nice for him to phone me and tell me, he also said he doesnt have any drivers and asked if I could come down to the shop or should he come up what a joke!, my friend went down to pick it up as I thought it would be easier for the guy in the shop. My friend told me the shutters were down by the time he got down there and that the guy went to the Chinese next door to get change for the delivery fee instead using the till in the store? I was told when this place opened up it was amazing, something has clearly happened as standards dont exist in this shop. Its actually laughable just how bad the service is at this restaurant for bang average desserts. Extremely disappointed

Called at 9.15pm, called back at 10.30pm, 11pm and 11.20pm tracking my order!! Its now 11.45pm the shop is shut and after being told over and over my order was on way it has not arrived! Kids have gel asleep upset waiting over 2 hours! Terrible terrible service do not recommend and WILL NOT BE BACK
