The birth and baby space

Lisa and the classes are absolutely amazing, couldnt recommend more. We left so much more informed , calm and confident about labour and how to look after our baby safely. Lisa is very familiar with the most up to date guidance and it is very obvious that she knows this stuff inside out.

We attended the 4 week block of ante natal classes. Lisa was just wonderful and so full of energy and so knowledgeable. No question was too daft and she created a very supportive and enjoyable atmosphere. We definitely feel more prepared. Couldnt recommend her highly enough.

The reviews speak for themselves! We attended Lisa's NCT programme in February and were blown away by how good a grounding the sessions were for the arrival of our first baby. Lisa's charisma and personality made the 5 week program fun and informative. The information has helped us hugely through a relatively rocky experience and the group or community vibe is already invaluable for support and friendship now we're a few weeks into getting to know our new addition.
