        Been in our flat for 30 years, first under Glasgow Corporation then thankfully, WWHC. Fantastic staff who incidentally, have never ONCE "barged in" without knocking. We've always been treated with absolute courtesy and with this management/staff, you're a name NOT an account number. We've also had the same Housing Officer for all of those years - Teresa - and we cannot praise her highly enough. A pure gem. Of course nothing and nobody is perfect and things don't always happen the way you would want. But, bar winning the lottery or someone giving us a semi/ detached house, we'll happily stay where we are.

        In the space of 3 days I have completely changed my mind about my last review as thanks Roz for your advice and I am so grateful to everyone at WWHA for the work they do for the tenants. This housing association knows their tenants by name and become familiar with us and during this awful year have assisted us with all sorts of different plans. Thank u for reinstalling my faith in WWHA I am so relieved and feel some tiny bit of hope in general due to our conversation. WELL IT TIRNS OUT THAT UNOFFICIALLY INSINUATION DUE TO THE 2years needed I have been in a tranfer list with the highest points and the nomination from South Lanarkshire Council to yourselves about me in 8-10th place! Why ehy why am I have zero chance as I am now 38th!!!! Can I please have help?
