I would not recommend this company at all guy talks shite to be blunt , booked him 1 month prior to my daughters party on 3 occasions I text him exactly what I was looking for 2 bouncy castles ball pool 20 piece soft play giant connect 4 inflatable birthday cake and giant archway and a Spider-Man appearance when I arrived at the party there was only 2 castles and the 20 piece soft play I called him and he apologised that he didn't realise and he was loaded with the flu he told me he could get ball pool the within 45 mins I agreed it was then 1 hour late he never mentioned anything else about the giant connect 4 or the archway or cake what a gentleman and business man he then became nocking of an impressive 10 wow Spider-Man's appearance was rubbish and people where asking who I got the items from as they would be avoiding his company my point is if you don't want let down hire with a more reputable company also communication is poor hours too reply to you sometimes a day late very disappointed Mum it made the day ruined

Hired 2 castles for a party and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The staff was very friendly and professional too. Would definitely hire again.
