Not good customer service. Attitude appalling. Watching TV while I was trying to explain my problem with bike. He then said because I interrupted him twice he was not taking my brand new bike. Maybe he noticed my accent and didn't want to take the time to listen. I wasted my break from work for nothing. Should have sent my Scottish pal in who was in the car. Maybe he would have listened to him.Very disappointed after reading good reviews
