I had a fantastic experience at this pharmacy. I was a traveler from out of the country and they helped me in depth with a medical problem I was having. The male pharmacist was friendly, efficient, and professional.

Staff always helpful, friendly and ready with advice should you need it. Very efficient and stocked with a good range of products.

After requesting a cream to help with a rash my dog had, which the vet had advised me to purchase while waiting a vets appointment I was refused by the two shop assistants and, I presume, the pharmacist " we are not licensed to treat animals " I wasn't requesting animal treatment and as I was unaware that they were licensed to treat humans either. I asked if I could purchase it if it was for myself I was again refused as I'd already told them that it was for a dog. I then asked for sudocream nappy rash cream for a neighbour who had asked me to purchase as I was going to the chemist and was then asked who the father was, I said it was me, as I thought that question was irrelevant and then asked the age of the baby. I was again refused to be served as they thought it might be for the dog. I don't know why, my dog doesn't wear a nappy. Unhelpful, unsympathetic, definitely not nhs heroes. Why isn't there a zero star option.
