        First time in the store today and the service was excellent. Roseann assisted me with various pairs of walking trousers, unfortunately the kind I wanted there was none in my size. Roseann checked other stores for me. She was also very helpful in assisting me purchase a new pair of Merrells, even after my husband confused her regarding sizes! Spoke to another lady when Roseann was ringing up my purchases and she was lovely too. Genuine great customer service. Will definitely be back
