Took my money from bank then said cant fo it we will give you the 17.70 in 5 days!!!!!!! 5days,in thifs budget/climate,who has spare 20 quid lying around waiting for a business with a click of a button took my mo wt,so what's the 5day wait allabout. And iv since heard that I wouldnt have wanted to eat it anyway.. it's gone right down hill!! When am I getting my money back now???

I see Brunos is under new management. Maybe that is why I received the smallest "small fish supper" I have ever seen. Not even enough chips to cover the part of the box not covered by the wafer thin piece of battered fish. This item would be better described as a child's fish supper although my child thought it was laughably small. Unless I hear or see improvement in portion size at Brunos I will be transferring custom elsewhere. I am quite dissapointed as I had always liked Brunos but I don't like feeling exploited

Worst fish n chips Ive ever eaten or should I say TRIED to eat. A sliver of fish between concrete batter which I couldnt get my teeth into, also the chips were like rubber. Felt like taking them back and saying would you eat this but too late hubby had dumped them in the bin!
