Recently returned from 3rd stay here with the family and once again it was super. Large roomy house with plenty of space for everyone. The huge garden Is very safe for children and is great for rounders And being so Close to the river for paddling it was a boon because of the hot, sunny weather we enjoyed. The hot tub is great for chilling and looking at the stars. The close proximity to the town is excellent for trips to the shops, cafes and park. Nick and Jen are fabulous hosts and made us feel very safe during our COVID holiday. Thank you both and we look forward to our next visit.

Big beautiful house that's very comfortable with lots of space, cracking views out the rear garden and a good hot tub. Kitchen is big with a large fridge and everything you would need to cook. The external games room is big with a lot of games to while away the day and if that doesn't suit there is a tv in the living room that has a full Sky tv package. There's also lots to do in the surrounding area though I was only staying for a couple of nights so didn't do much in the way of exploring except visit Rob Roy's grave up in Balquhidder which was brilliant.
