After multiple attempt with other electricians I got Munro Electrical Services number and arranged with Ross (The owner & Manager) a assessment to go through the issues and queries I had regarding another companies EV Charger install and also to detail what I wanted upgrading. Ross identified issues and explained things in a really easy way to help understand why things he had flagged needed sorting. He went away and came back to me at 7am with a plan based on 3 options and explained them all. Priced ex VAT and once Id made my decision he came back to me and in less than a week he had a date in the diary. The night before he emailed and confirmed everything was still good to go for the next day. 8:30am and the team were outside making final plans. Splitting the jobs off and ordering extra bits that had cropped up on the day. I always want someone who is reliable. On time and friendly. Plus the work they do is of a very high standard. Ross / Munro Electrical Services comfortably hit all the criteria. The team have been fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough. Moving forward I will be having them do other tweaks and upgrades on my house. So whilst someone may be 50 cheaper, there will be a reason why they are 50 cheaper. Munro Electricals have been fantastic and I cannot thank them enough!
