Cannot fault Rob at all. I have used Rob a few times and have never been disappointed. Professional. Knowledgeable. Helpful and more than reasonable in cost. This week he left us and our letting agent in total disbelief at how quickly he was able to remedy a major issue. Attended a property we let out and diagnosed an issue with the boiler. He did everything right and condemned boiler. New boiler and other necessary equipment supplied and installed within 3 days.... Unbelievable. Rob recognised that the boiler was required ASAP and went above and beyond to carry out the work. I honestly don't know what we would have done without him. He's our go to guy for a reason. Can't recommend him enough. Thank you so much again Central Scotland Plumbing and Heating.

Had Robert out today to fix our boiler and was very impressed. Professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Top job. Even showed me a tip to stop our dog jumping up. Is there no end to this man's talents

Robs knowledge in and around boilers is second to none, always happy to go that extra mile delivering a great service. Unfortunately our old boiler became unsafe which Rob picked up on within 5 minutes of inspection. He fitted a new ideal boiler at a fantastic price (way better than any online quotes) and did so with upmost respect for our property, laying sheets and cleaning up once work completed. A genuine tradesman who looks after his customers, I dont part with money gladly but I did so in full confidence that the job was done properly. Thanks again Rob!

Excellent customer service from a very knowledgeable professional. Rob recently fitted a new boiler which was missing a part, an almost 200mile round trip later the boiler was installed! Definitely goes above and beyond fir his customers. Would definitely recommend Rob.
