Choosing to work with Nadia was the best decision weve made! Our daughter now has a predictable and manageable sleep schedule. She happily goes into her cot at nap/bed time and rarely wakes through the night. She enjoys her bedtime routine and it is successful at home, on holiday and with family members - all of which wasnt possible before we started our plan. Nadia is a lovely, genuine person who is very understanding, helpful and easy to talk to. I was clear about wanting to support my daughter to sleep without leaving her alone and with minimal crying/distress. This was fully understood and actioned within our plan. I cant recommend Nadia enough!

Nadia put in place a structure to give us the tools to improve the sleep of our 6-8 month old. It took time and commitment however Nadia was there on the end of the phone or email whenever we needed guidance over 6 weeks. Nadia supported my approach as a parent and I felt no pressure to mould to any form of sleep training I didnt wish to do. We have now gone from feeding 4x a night with unpredictable naps to a two nap day and a 7-7 sleep with self settling during the night within 10 mins x2-3. This has made a huge difference. On days where naps are short Nadia has provided a flexible plan allowing us to get out and about. We cant thank Nadia enough for her 1-1 input.

We were at our wits end with our son not sleeping then several consultations with Nadia and no more pacing up and down bouncing him to sleep! He can sleep on his own. There was no 'cry it out method' and the difference from where we were 3 weeks ago is amazing. Thanks Nadia!

Our youngest was a really bad sleeper, up every few hours every night, we were really struggling. Nadia has been incredibly understanding and supportive and she really knows her stuff. We saw big improvements really quickly once we implemented some changes. Things aren't perfect but they are so much better and we can see light at the end of the sleepless tunnel. We would 100% recommend working with Nadia.

Nadia really takes the time to get to know you and your family to ensure she offers guidance which fits in with your needs and preferences. We noticed a huge difference after just a couple of days of working with her, making just a few changes. Our son went from having no set routine, fighting naps and waking hourly at night to having a flexible daytime routine and sleeping 11 hours most nights, which was something we never thought would happen!
