    Having been looking for a Hyundai Santa Fe we found one at Mvm and after speaking to Charlie ending up purchasing it all I can say is absolutely over the moon

    If I could give 0 I woild. I never write reviews but I do not want some poor sod having same expereince as us. We bought a car from Charles last November, just writing this now as we have tried to pursue getting our money back with no luck. Within days of having the car I did a motorway run and there was strong burning smell. I tried several times to get in touch and no luck. I took car to garage and caliper had gone was in an awful state(they said should have been changed At MOT) and the garage were appauled id been sold a car like this. The garage also found there to be no oil or water in the radiator, they suspected that he either hadn't serviced the car or there was a leak. It turned out no leak so the car had not been serviced, despite Charles saying he had. We then also had to pay for new discs and pads, something which he told us had just been done. During the summer, we went to use the air con and it was broken, took to be recharged and was a leak. We then 6 months after having the car have had ball bearings to pay for. I am appalled that having called and emailed numerous times he continued to ignore us. He is a very dodgy man, even knowing I had a 5 month old baby in a car that he hadn't serviced or had the caliper or break discs done. Do not buy a car from him.
