Staff at this pharmacy clearly need customer service training... Ok to take money for appointments but poor communication in giving out clear instructions. Waste of time. Avoid if you don't want to get ripped off

I don't know why they think it's not important to disclose non-medicinal ingredients such as lactose, especially for those that are severely lactose intolerant. I found out by chance when searching the Internet about side effects only to realise some forms (eg tablets) contain lactose and that's what was causing me issues. As a pharmacy, I don't understand why they wouldn't be responsible and advise you. If OTC and prescription medications have to disclose all ingredients, these homeopathic medications should be held to a similar standard. Edit: in response to the comment, thank you for adding the base to the label. Since my prescription was provided by the Integrative Care Centre, and I was only advised that it consists of sugar, I did not visit your website. After reading the response, I did visit the website and after some searching, I did find the information (however, the website is not very user friendly, at least not on a mobile device). When I asked the homeopathic Dr initially, she was unaware that any of the homeopathic treatments contain lactose. Another oversight is that apparently 2 pillules make up the established dose--another detail the homeopathic Dr was unaware of as she told me to only take 1 pillule. I had only been made aware of this when I asked how to take it and only then was advised by your member of staff that I need to take 2.
