Prestige Tyres - Team Protyre

Shocking service- wife booked her car in to get 2 tyres replaced at 11am. Waited over an hour, during this time several people dropped by with no appointment and were taken straight away, even though when she asked when her car would be done, the managers response was that they are busy! After saying she cant wait any longer and needed the car sorted, only to be told its better if you just leave and hell sort the refund! Absolutely shocking, guy has no customer service skills whatsoever and obviously doesnt care either way!! Been using them for years now but after that, Ill not be going back.

Cracking service, care, and attention by Graeme and the team. Highly recommended. Update - called to book in another job and had terrible rude arrogant service from one of the workers, who then just cut off midflow. It's amazing how quickly a reputation can be rubbed in the dirt.

Not happy at all, I arrived at Busby about 10-30 with a punctured tyre & was told to leave it & they'd get to it as soon as, three & a half hours later i still hadn't heard anything, so i went down & was told that they hadn't got to it yet, rubbish attitude, took my tyre & went to Kwik Fit & had much better service.

As a returning client of many years I'm disappointed to report very poor service this morning. I popped in for a tyre check at 1100hrs. There only appeared to be one operative working on site who was obviously busy and stressed. He asked if i could pop back in an hour and a half, which I did. The situation had not improved and I was told it would be at least another 40 minutes before I could be seen. I decided to try my luck elsewhere locally and was taken pretty much straight away and am home with two new tyres within the hour. Sad that a longstanding and loyal connection has ended in such a manner
