I would seriously recommend you avoid using Select Car Leasing. I ordered an In-Stock vehicle in early July this year, and was given a guarantee that the vehicle would be ready for me when I needed it at the start of August. When I chased in August to arrange delivery, I was told that the vehicle wasnt in stock, and that there was a factory delay, and wouldnt receive the vehicle until at least October/November. I asked what support would be put in place to put me in a vehicle between August and when I receive my order, to be told there is no support at all. Select take no responsibility regarding the issue and blame the error solely at the manufacturer, stating that they were told the vehicle would be with them (although advertised as in-stock). Select will not offer a courtesy car or rental as a solution to their problems. Instead you will have to pay for this yourself. Ive constantly had to chase via calls and email to Select to try and find a solution. You are told that they will respond ASAP, but they never do. Instead, expect Select Car Leasing to ignoring your calls and voicemails, or ignore the majority of your emails when asking questions. I cancelled my order on the 11th August after being given no support regarding a late order. No clear answer as to when I will receive my vehicle, and in general very poor customer service from the start. I was told my refund was being processed on the 12th August, however still today I have still not received this (8th September). I was told a week ago that a lot of refunds were being processed (wonder why?) and the finance department had missed my refund request, (although Id chased 2x a week for the best part of a month) and would be processing it asap, however this has still not been completed. This is a company that only offer misinformation and take no responsibility when the false information they provide causes issues. Once you cancel your order, expect to wait weeks to have your refund processed, with countless phone calls and emails getting ignored.
