        I've attended Gem since it first opened. Can highly recommend it for all levels of fitness and whatever age you are. A small but versatile gym. The staff all know their stuff and suggest the best way for you to get the most out of your experience. Very friendly and motivating environment And I have also built some lovely relationships too.
