Asked for an emergency call out, he said he was an hour away and never bothered to show up! Called today Sunday to see what happened and he really didn't care. Offered to come out tomorrow Monday but we tried to explain we have no hot water and ceiling was dripping water, he hung up! If you in an emergency or are looking for a good plumber this definitely is not the person. Avoid!!!!!!

Tosh came out on a Sunday at very short notice to investigate a leak at my house. He went above and beyond the call of duty and not only mopped up the considerable leak but also gave very valuable advice about exactly what I needed to do in a very stressful situation - not simply fixing the issue but helping me to take photos for evidence of the damage caused by a different supplier's negligent washerdryer installation, and advising me to retain the faulty part as evidence. I couldn't fault his work and his manner, and recommend him very highly.
