This is the work LDL have been asked by both ourselves and Gas Safe to repair. There are a number of issues that they refuse to fix. They started the job and took our money with the promise to return and finish the job. They returned and left with the job unfinished then attempted to double bill us for work we had already paid for. LDL ignored months of attempts by ourselves to resolve the issue of double billing and are now refusing to acknowledge our most recent communications so it looks like our next step is Rights Office Very very poor service avoid avoid avoid

My partner made use of their services yesterday morning. The two gents were able to get to us within 20 minutes of calling after other businesses had let us down. Turns out our water leak was just a run of the mill mistaken valve needing tightened, which took no more than 15 minutes max including some extra checks. Since it was such a daft mistake and we only took up a total of about 30 mins of their time, they were kind enough not to charge us. Thank you for your help!
