The most beautiful, tastiest accidental stop weve ever had. We came across here whilst driving from Edinburgh and were met with warmth, incredible hospitality from Tom and furry cuddles from his and Cheryls gorgeous doggie Daisy. It was so lovely to chat to them whilst eating fresh homemade food. We were starving and it was such a treat to be spoilt. The donuts are a MUST too. Thanks so much Cheryl and Tom for a lovely afternoon - well be back again we promise!

We parked at the bottom of the hill due to a sign that says no unauthorised vehicles at the bottom. However, there is a disabled parking bay by the cafe and plenty of room to do a drop off and turn around if needs be. As soon as me and my friend walked into the cafe we were given a very warm welcome by Rich who allowed us to choose our own table. The tables are large and spacious with plenty room for 8 people to sit around. I was told about the scottish breakfast pizza and was warned that it would satisfy for the rest of the day. They were not wrong it was extremely filling and tasty as well. My friend started with the buttered scrambled egg and toast and soup.to follow and devoured every last morsel put in front of him. Including the very pink rhubarb latte! There are some great things to look at and buy in the cafe, the art work in the wall in particular drew our attention to a local site of beauty which we decided to drive to and see after our departure. Definitely will be back to see the team working here again!!
