    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. HAD NO HEATING OR HOTBWATER FOR OVER A WEEK NOW. CANT TELL ME WHEN ILL GET IT AND WONT LET ME SWITCH SUPPLIER TO SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY HELP.

    Have never got an lpg delivery before the gas runs out, always get given promises it wont happen again and then it does. Customer services people try to help but there is nothing they can do when the company is structured so badly that they cant provide the service people are paying them to provide.

    A heartless company to deal with. My dad had ordered gas because he was were running low. He passed away before the delivery arrived and and when I phoned them to inform that we'd need to update the account information the cancelled the account completely. We had to set up a new account for my mum and by the time the delivery came she was down at 2 %. My mum was distressed enough as it was without the worry of losing cooking and heating. I then tried doing the right thing by forwarding my dad's death certificate as requested and they then send they needed to deal with the delegate on the account. Just adding to the heartbreak.

    Repeatedly left me without gas, once for 10 days. Then due to system being full of air, it needed purging, which I have to pay for myself. Customer service absolutely appalling. I'd give them zero stars if I could. They are next to useless.

    1 start is to good for this company. Not a shred of honesty in any of the staff. No gas now for over a week, no information whatsoever regarding when it might come and according to the last roaster I spoke to, his manager would speak to customer service, when I ask if I could all of a sudden there is no direct number to customer service. What he doesn't realise is the woman I spoke to before him tried to put me in touch with customer service but the phone lines were busy. Literally just telling you whatever lie comes to mind to get you off the phone. Happy to take your money each month but leave you hanging when your out. Got 2 children in the house with no heating or hot water, absolute joke. Check out their Facebook, every comment gets removed. Obviously ashamed of what people have to say.
