The Bothy at Boglily

Whilst visiting the shop we decided to have breakfast at The Bothy. Unfortunately, there was no table available, but we were told it would only be a 20-minute wait and gave us a buzzer. Less than 10 minutes later, we were buzzed and got our table. We ordered lattes and 2 breakfasts. The server who took the order informed us that we could change items on our plate if we didn't want them. Soon after, our food and drinks came out. We couldn't fault any of it. In fact, it's the best breakfast we have had in a while, all items cooked perfectly and none of it greasy. The servers were all polite, prompt, and well presented. Immediately, a table was left by the customer. One of the servers was over to tidy up, clean, and disinfect, ready for the next customer. Fantastic food and a special mention to all the hard-working servers. Parking: Large free carpark, but it does get busy. There is more parking around to the rear.

Waitress did not listen as we asked for no tomatoes and all three dishes turned up with very large sliced tomatoes on the buns / sandwiches. The loaded chips made with plastic cheese rather than grated cheese and lettuce wilted. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth 13.99for a steak sandwich or 9.99 for sunset chicken. Meal for three cost over 50 which I wouldn't mind paying if food was good.
