        I got a phone call to pick up a med on one Saturday. I came to the shop at 11ish am on the mentioned day to be told to collect later until 5pm because the med was not ready yet. I came second time at 3.30pm, again to be told that the med was not ready but it would be within 15 minutes. I came back 20 minutes later ONLY to be told that the med was not there and that I should come back on Monday afternoon!!!! Why not just tell in the first place that it was not available???? Such a waste of time, really unprofessional!
