Went in here today the first off April to buy disposable vape to be refused because there were children outside. Him asking if they were for me, produced 2 I had in my pocket and he still refused. I am 62. Will never go back to this shop and I hope they sink, because they are definitely not humun friendly. You are a disgrace and don't deserve to have a business, no wonder it's empty.

I bought a vape here and liquid, the liquid poured out the top when I tried to puff it and all went down my throat and burnt my throat. I looked at the bottle and it was over 3 years out of date, I was horrified to see the expire date was July 2017, I called the shop to tell the lad behind the counter and he told me to take it back in for a replacement, he said not to use the liquid as it could be dangerous, the next day when I went in I noticed the liquid had all leaked out all over the vape and I said I had decided I didn't want the vape anymore I wanted a refund, He refused to refund the machine he offered me a different vape but I didn't like it, he got very moody and said "he couldn't be bothered with this" I told him his customer service was shocking and I was not happy, he put the machine back in the box and said "well I was going to clean it out for you but I'm not going to now" I went back the next day and he did clean it out. I just found this to be a terrible way to deal with customers. I ended up going into Scotvape in Elgin and actually got people that knew what they were talking about and were so helpful. Would not recommend anyone to this shop.

Hi mate remember I was in yesterday buying that /65poind vape and I bought 2batterys well the one I had in house is broken so I have not had. A chance to use it.if you do me huge favour can you out a new one in charge I will be over in a hour and I will buy it. Just want it changed so I get to use it.
