Muiredge Surgery

Brilliant staff and doctors I for one have never been let down with any of them we should thank our lucky stars they are there.

Every time I have had to call the surgery, I have always found the staff to be professional and courteous. I have always managed to speak to a doctor and/or had an appointment to see someone. Every nurse I have seen has has gone above and beyond to help me. I have never been made to feel I was a nuisance and nothing was too much trouble. All the doctors I have seen have been so amazing, professional and helpful. Compared to other practices that I hear about around the countr,y I feel extremely grateful I belong to this practice. Thank you so much to all the staff at Muiedge Surgery.

My family have been with muiredge surgery for a long time and have nothing but praise for the staff and doctors. Fair comment when people say they have to wait a while to get through on the phone but we have never had a problem seeing a doctor. In recent years my husband has developed a few health problems and we have nothing but praise for the doctors and nurses. They treated any health problems with care and listened to any concerns. Please continue with the good work under such trying times.

Reception staff are ignorant and serve no use. I tried calling over 130 times across 3 hours and it continued to ring out.when I went in to try and get an appointment I was told that nothing was available and that Id have to call at 830 to get a chance at an appointment and when I explained how many times I had tried to call I was told that she had seen people that had called in more times than this, this is apparently a reasonable answer to give me. Dont bother going through the surgery just call nhs 24 as getting through to anyone that has any clue what they are talking about is near impossible

Absolutely shocking horrible receptionist I phoned about my son she told me wasn't an emergency then hung up on me!
