The amount of bullying going on that is unseen and ignored should be dealt with in a way that actually teaches the kids to learn morals. I remember when I attended there that when someone falls out with another kid or is getting bullied, you think the way to fix it is forcing them to be friends again. You can't force kids to be friends or anyone for that matter. But it seems even now that forcing them to be friends is the only solution. This is why kids nowadays show no respect to seniors and adults because they know there's not any actual punishment. I know someone attending the school that tells the playground helper that they're getting bullied and the one who reported it got in trouble for not being friends with the other kid. Is that seriously how you deal with children???
