        Staff are very helpful and friendly but the pharmacy is clearly VERY under resourced. It's not unusual to wait hours or have to return several times over a number of days before a prescription is filled. Shambles

        Terrible chemist going to change asap when you there they say that your prescription has just arrived that day but doctor say that it was passed 3 days ago I ordered on line on the Sunday still not ready on Friday told to come back at 4pm that day to collect

        PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER REVIEWS ON BUTE HOUSE NICOLA STURGEONS OFFICIAL PAGE , and there are more please.Staff are very helpful with any inquiries, and get your prescription ready as quickly as possible, these ladies and gentlemen work very hard and have hundreds of prescriptions to get ready for everyone in the neighbourhood so just please be courteous with these very hard working staff and pharmacists xx
