Scottish Commercials

Brilliant service from start to finish. Got my motor sorted quickly and at a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend or use Scottish Commercials again.

This is a strange review for me to leave as we had high hopes for this dealership..Yard is clean well maintained the stock presented well also. Great range of vans and prices. The Van we were really interested in was a 2010 transit long base high top. But this is where my confusion starts. Its advertised as drives as it should not knocks or strange noises but on test drive at first roundabout I heard knocking from both sides of front suspension. Also engine warning light on. And thermostat not working apart from that the van drove great so I was not to disappointed but it was the way the girl addressed my points about the van defects that really confused me. She said it would all be put right at mot after I paid deposit. But according to description it drives as it should. So left really confused. Like I said this is not a bad review it's probably more I feel they were not too bothered about the sale even though we had put the finance in place. So I would say give it a try. Maybe we were just unlucky.

If I could give no stars, that would be more representative of the service provided by this unprofessional dealership. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs. They are a dangerous company to engage with, selling unroadworthy vehicles to unsuspecting customers. Be careful!

I haven't bought a vehicle, so can't comment on that aspect, but I'm currently searching for a new van (before mine dies) and this company were great! Loads of different vans in stock, zero hard sell and plenty of time, with no pressure, to look at all of the vans to help me decide on make and model. Going to keep an eye on changing stock and would consider buying from them.

I'm not really into leaving poor reviews in fact I've never left a poor review before though this company fully warrants it. Advertised a movano van in stunning condition so put 500 deposit on the phone and arranged to collect vehicle following week. Before I got there they asked me to pay balance over the phone and they would have vehicle ready. I paid balance a total of 8450. When I got there with my 10 year old boy, found van no where near as described most definitely NOT in stunning condition. Told them I was disappointed and did not want van. They then told that I bought and paid for it so it was mine now and they would not be giving any refund. On driving van out their yard I struggled to get into 2nd gear so got out van told them there was problem with gearbox. They became threatening and in front of my 10 year old to the point i said i was going to call the police. To cut long story short eventually got money back a week later minus deposit. Had to seek legal advise to get deposit back which they eventually returned. Felt like i was dealing with a complete dishonest bunch of people except for one of their mechanics who seemed a pretty genuine guy. Please dont waste your time with these charlatans you will end up very disappointed and majorly stressed. I had a wasted journey from north wales Do read the other reviews carefully .. i really dont know how they managed some 5 star reviews, if I could give no stars i would have. For your own peace of mind stay well clear. They sound polite enough on the phone though be warned.in person I found them rude, arrogant and threatening. DONT GO THERE ...
