Europa Bathrooms or Victor Paris...... Decent experience when buying the product which was an Artelinea sink, after all they want the business and the money. However, when the supposed chrome waste in the sink started peeling to reveal this was not actual chrome but a chrome coloured tin foil like paper then the aftercare began to be more "I DONT CARE". This sink, unbelievably cost just short of 1200 and was purchased October 2022. The tin foil started to peel around Xmas 2022, I should have got on to them immediately but did not do so until 7 February 2023, still only 4 months after purchase, to be told it was the manner I was cleaning the product that has caused the tin foil to peel. Now, this sink was a replacement for one I had bought 5 years ago. The reason for the replacement has nothing to do with quality, but, in the 5 years of the previous sink I had no issues with this part. I sent pictures of the issue and without any further investigation it was concluded the manner with how the sink waste was cleaned caused this problem only a few months after installation. No other part of the sink taps etc has a problem, only this part. You decide. Anyway, a company very happy to take your money and provide no reasonable aftercare despite it still being under guarantee, I would not go near this mob again and urge you, if considering purchasing anything from them, to THINK VERY CAREFULLY before you do. The test for how good a company is, is when something goes wrong, and they put it right. NOT THIS MOB! This will be the first of many posts on every site I can find as I cannot abide the so-called Goliath slaying David just because they feel they can.

Damaged goods delivered. Unwilling to offer alternativeexpect to wait for further 4-5 weeks for replacement. Customer service very poor

I had wonderful experience with the sales team at point of sale but my loo pan and cistern are damaged and the after sales service (called aftercare?!) is very poor. Be aware that you only have a few days to check items and as they are sanitary ware if they are not fitted IMMEDIATELY then there is zero comeback. I spent a really substantial sum and am gutted by the lack of care
