She originally said that she would get them made for me. These were definitely off the shelf, in a box. Not made for me at all.
I was told to persevere. So I did.
Until I saw the NHS podiatrist.
Completely the wrong insoles. Pushed my arch up. I have Peroneal tendonitis, I needed support on the outside of my foot.
Approx 100 out of pocket, appointment and insoles, and suffered .
NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. Twice I have seen this podiatrist and I won't be back.
Refund in order!!!!
Instep podiatry got in touch with me and we have discussed what happened. I am pleased to say that the matter has been resolved and I am getting a refund.
Best of all, learning curve for all concerned.
