        Unfortunately Xcite terms and conditions let them down. Most staff memebers point you to their terms rather than explaining. Its ran too much as a business to make money rather than a gym to encourage people to have a healthy lifestyle. If the computer says no mindset. I would look at other gyms if there was options.
