Conner and Lewis turned up exactly on time. Conner was pleasant and reassuring he could fix the issue. The issue was fixed in 30mins, plus they also helped repair the 2 down pipes I had cut when trying to solve the blockage myself. Good service.

These guys were amazing, very friendly and positive. Fixed the problem within a hour. Had to get into the pipe that was behind some shelving and stock, the guys helped me move the shelving and stock, which I wasn't expecting. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced

MAXI was really really helpful. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. He made sure to check everything and didnt leave till he done all the checks to make sure everything was fixed. He also cleaned up after himself and made the store safe and clean. Thank you!!

Called for service, was told a price. I had to check with my Landlord to confirm they were happy. I called Metro Rod back 3 minutes (exactly) later and I was asked what price I was given.....when I told them the quoted price I was given a More Expensive price! I feel it's Very underhand and trust is most certainly not been built by these sort of underhand and misleading practices.
