        Used many doctors across the UK and this has got to be the best service from a GP surgery I have ever received from all areas of staffing. Thank you- keep doing what you guys are doing

        I would give more stars if I could. Amazing practice with fantastic staff and doctors. Even through the pandemic I couldn't fault them. The reception staff deserve a special mention as they are polite, professional and helpful.

        This is the worst gp practice in pollok, same of the new staff, are so aggressive, and bad mannered, y have no chance in getting an appointment, y have no chance in seeing a gp, the staff, force y to get interigated my staff,who have no medical training and are not gps, so much for confidentialty, since Dr Ferguson took over the practice it's went right down hill,come back k Dr doak all is forgiven, the practice is a shambles.
