If you've got mental health issues you're as well picking up a pamphlet from reception. you'll only wait for 3 weeks to get an appointment with their mental health nurse for her to give you one. If its a serious problem then wait till they're closed and go up the hospital. They'll tell you over the phone that prescriptions will be passed on to your local chemist, but they'll sit in reception for 3 days before anyone can be arsed to walk them 40 yards to the chemist. Complete shambles of a surgery. If you're not registered already then try the other 2.they can't be any wors

Doctors are a disgrace. If you have any severe chronic illnesses and are currently receiving any opiates or benzodiazepines do not go near this surgery.

These doctors do not like referrals for serious issues that will result in medium to upper tier cost. They advised that psychologist are available in Edinburgh who can teach you how to ignore pain. Really? I've worked all over the world and this surgery is by far the worst surgery I have ever experienced. One doctor only in surgery at all times. The rest are ahem, doing calls from home. Also they will never prescribe pain medication. Don't waste you're time. Go somewhere else. Or, if you want experience extreme arrogance and a distinct lack of care, join for a short time before swiftly moving on.

Receptionists are great. If you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you. Very helpful unlike the Male Doctors. Not really doctors, more like accountants watching every penny at the patients expense. Disgrace, should be ashamed of themselves.
