Horrible experience on 14/9 - shouted at for not going towards right area. Felt very uncomfortable and workers just sat under patio which looks terrible for public.

Death trap, accident waiting to happen. You have to climb 5 galvanised metal staircase to access top of skip before you can off load rubbish. Hard going if you are unwell and suffer underlying health issues or if the metal is wet when its raining people are in a rush and soon someone will fall with catastrophic outcome. Staff recently can be seen sitting at a table with a parasol in pouring rain and sun in pairs watching and commenting on the public using the facility, its rather off putting and quite intimidating to say the least. Skips should be sunk into the ground so the public can use them at ground level for the sake of their safety.
