Merbabies Swim School

Both my children have attended merbabies since 3 weeks old. They deliver a first class service. The staff are always so welcoming and form great relationships. Both my children are confident in the water and are learning basic steps to keep themselves safe. They have also developed their social skills through interactions with others their age. If you are looking for a swim class for your wee ones then look no further merbabies are amazing Rachel and scott

We love Merbabies, my little one has been going since she was around 3 months old, and has loved every minute in the water. The teachers are so caring and patient, ensuring all the children are developing and learning positively. We will hopefully be attending for many more sessions too.

Fantastic lessons! Always great fun and my little girl came on leaps and bounds in no time. Great pace and child led. Happy with our experience and would highly recommend.

Paid 50 thinking it was the price as thats what the advert and booking page says but it turns out that is a non refundable deposit and you are signing up to a month long rolling contract. Doesnt say that front and centre but it should! Youll find it if you scroll right through the terms and conditions. My son wasnt engaged with the class as it was too basic for him. Hes 4. Im sure the baby classes are fine but the preschool one is too basic. Cant get my money back and have to give 30 days notice to leave. Most places offer a trial not these guys. RESPONSE TO COMPANY REPLY I never once threatened you with a bad review, I left this review as an honest feedback of my experience with your business. After multiple emails back and forth and no acknowledgment from you that your payments terms are at the bottom of your terms and the price and deposit are not mentioned in your advert or on the booked booking page Im sorry but I take that as bad faith.
