Ordered an item on the 18th of March which I still have not received. 3 requests for a refund have been ignored. I will be making a claim if this is not resolved in the next week.

Absolutely appalling company - placed an order on 1/4/21 for an item showing in stock - with no acknowledgement or contact at all from them I reached out 2 weeks later to ask where my order was and was told it wasn't in stock and that deliveries were delayed. I then received an email on 17/5/21 to say the containers had arrived and my item should be with me shortly - it's now 21/6/21 and I still haven't received my purchase and I also haven't received any contact to the multiple chasing emails and phone calls I've tried to have with the company. WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - I will never buy anything from this company again and if I don't receive a response at the very least (my purchase would be better!) by the end of this week I'll be pursuing a refund through Paypal and reporting to trading standards.

Avoid this ludicrous company at all costs! Similar to other reviews, placed an order early April 21, waited 2 weeks and no sign of the delivery. Contacted them via email only to be told the items are brought in from India / Pakistan etc. And there was a delay due to COVID and advised that I would receive my delivery in 10 to 14 days as the containers were on route. I accepted this in good faith and still no sign of the item I ordered so I contacted them again and was told another 14 days! Eventually, 3 months after placing my order I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund - No response! A further email asking them to respond was eventually answered stating my order had been cancelled and a refund initiated but I may have to wait 14 days for it to appear in my PayPal account. (Who has to wait 14 days for a refund these days?) Again 14 days came and went so I raised an issue through PayPal resolution centre, 5 days later, still no response, so I have now passed this on as a claim via PayPal. All in all, an absolute joke of a Company that blatantly lies to its customers and quite simply deserves to go out of business. Order from these and you can expect a long wait to get your money back! Edit in response to Harvey Bruce 09/08/21 If this is a supposedly fake review and you dont have me as a customer, how come I have a string of emails from you, an order number #1649 and I made a PayPal payment to you? All of which PayPal now have as part of the ongoing dispute, which unsurprisingly, they are still awaiting a response from you! Yet more incompetence! Updated 11/8/21 Even though Harvey Bruce claimed this was a fake review, I have today received a refund from them after PayPal found in my favour!! Make your own minds up, whos telling the truth.
