Visited the sales site which was excellent staff member was really helpful made us coffee and cake gave us lots of information and answered al our questions regarding the purchase of a Willerby Caravan we then proceeded to visit sites etc., but couldnt find anything that we liked then the Sales Manager Scott very kindly emailed us other sites and recommended one that we already had decided to visit which we choose to purchase a beautiful Avonmore in a great site could thank them enough lovely staff and great service, a very satisfied customer,Angela

Purchased a brand new Willerby Winchester in October 2017 and in June 2018 the sides of the van rippled and had to be replaced which took four months to sort out. So in October 2018 I thought my troubles would be over. How wrong I was!! Today is Good Friday April 19th 2019 and the first decent warm day since October 2018 and the replacement sides of my caravan have rippled AGAIN in the early spring sunshine and 20 degree heat. What a complete and utter load of garbage this caravan is. 47000 yes FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND POUNDS!!! and the slightest bit of heat and the sides ripple. Needless to say my lawyer is on standby to claim a full refund and damages for stress and anxiety. Do not buy a Willerby Caravan EVER!!! I wish I could post Nil Stars for this shambolic excuse for a caravan and the totally useless customer service! Further update it is now February 2020 and this totally useless company has half finished the job of replacing the sides of my van with Canexcel. They have had THREE attempts at finishing the front canopy and each time they bring the wrong one back again!! Just how useless does a company have to be before it finally goes bust and saves anyone else the hassle of ever dealing with them again!
