Non-emergency call out but still attended next working day despite it being Easter Monday bank holiday. Requested new door handles, lock and realignment. Price quoted and accepted before work began. Complete in 90 mins including additional time taken to ensure the realignment was as close to perfect as possible given the door was non standard and originally poorly installed. Local tradesman, highly recommended.

I phoned Callum on Sunday afternoon as my mums door lock had broken and he was there within the hour. He didnt have the lock that was needed so put a temporary one on so her door could be locked that night which gave my mum peace of mind and he then came back today (Monday) with a replacement lock. He was very friendly and put my mum at ease and she was very happy with the work he did. We would definitely get Callum again and recommend him.
