Shocking service is an understatement! Iv been waiting for my order since March! They delivered part of the order but havent fully fulfilled it. They have been using COVID as an excuse however this product is still available to purchase in their website. Now they are blaming shipping agents! Ive been more than patient waiting all these months and now that Ive requested a refund Im being ignored! Sick and tired of chasing them. Dont purchase from them unless you want disappointment.

Ordered an item on the 18th of March which I still have not received. 3 requests for a refund have been ignored. I will be making a claim if this is not resolved in the next week.

Absolutely appalling company - placed an order on 1/4/21 for an item showing in stock - with no acknowledgement or contact at all from them I reached out 2 weeks later to ask where my order was and was told it wasn't in stock and that deliveries were delayed. I then received an email on 17/5/21 to say the containers had arrived and my item should be with me shortly - it's now 21/6/21 and I still haven't received my purchase and I also haven't received any contact to the multiple chasing emails and phone calls I've tried to have with the company. WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - I will never buy anything from this company again and if I don't receive a response at the very least (my purchase would be better!) by the end of this week I'll be pursuing a refund through Paypal and reporting to trading standards.
