        I find and have experienced wide gaps ,continuity is poor I believe down to work patterns doctors nurses receptionists work ,with workers coming first, then patients having to take a third rate service these changes dont suit the patients definitely not me I do despair at the down grading of what was once a good service alas we have no alternative this can not be right
