        The cashier serving today at 1117hrs has ripped me off by double scanning an item!! Only found out when I got home. Over charged by 1.25. I know that it's a small amount but how often is it done? No way I can prove that it happened but I only bought one bottle of Robinson's cordial but my receipt states two! Tried to phone but not answering. Will report Linda to head office instead.

        The shop is well stocked and everything is easily located. Been in a few times and the staff are all friendly with the exception of a middle aged male who serves at the payment/exit area. It's such a shame as he is the last person you see and speak to before you leave. Everyone in Brora is so nice and friendly. There is no excuse for this person's insolant and essentially rude behaviour. Courtesy, manners and the ability to speak to people properly costs nothing. He is a very poor reflection of the Co-op.
