Have always visited the book and card centre .I go back to the days of pelligrini ice cream shop.when the book and card shop opened our family has always visited .sadly the lovely man who owned the shop previous died .new people took over....my recent experience was unhappy..tried to engage with the woman serving..she was rude and def had an attitude .I was slightly offended but I got the impression cause I was not a local she would not engage in conversation.so offensive.my family have been on arran for generations .other shops that know my family were so welcoming and interested in chatting.visited 7th August.
