Arran Domestic Service Centre

We live in Canada,my elderly mother lives in Mckelvie Road sheltered housing ,Lamlash ,Arran. Her tv broke down over the weekend . We called Arran Domestic first thing this morning and spoke to a lady who was very helpful and friendly. With her help we purchased a new tv at a great price . This was all done over the phone. Arran Domestic delivered and installed the new tv and had it up and running within an hour of purchase !. FANTASTIC !!! Another reason to always support local business as they go the extra mile in a crisis. Would highly recommend this company .. First class service indeed . Many thanks .

We bought a Bosch Washing machine from ADSC last Monday. Following delivery and installation we found that the machine was not filling with sufficient water. We contacted Mr Andrew who told us to pull it out and fix it ourselve. We had to call a plumber who quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem . The machine had been installed so that it was pressing on the hot and cold water pipes which were kinked so obstructing the water supply to the machine and to our hot water tap, We had to pay an extra 20. When we asked Mr Andrew to refund the 20 he refused - the problem he said was due to poor plumbing ! In fact it was due to his poor installation. Now our plumber has fixed it we are very happy with our new washing machine.

This man is the most arrogant man I have ever come across, I have a motor home and parked it at the back of his business bearing in mind I checked that there was no signs stating ' no parking' or loading when we came back to the van he put stickers on saying 'People like us should go back to where we came from' and that all motorhome drivers/owners are inconsiderate and should stay in houses or hotels!! How dare he tell me how I should spend my holiday after all 'people like me' a tourist provide monies to their town!
